AYURVEDA & NUTRITION

EATING PLAN

This “eating plan” recommends food for both healthy individuals and those with diseased-conditions. Ayurvedic nutrition has been proven time and time again, to not only improve physical health but also mental and emotional wellbeing.

Simply put, Ayurveda encourages an individual’s active participation in their own holistic healing journey.

MAIN TENETS

Ayurveda is based on the belief that nothing is right for everyone and everything is right for someone.

This belief comes from an understanding that each of us is unique; each person reacts to the world in different ways. If we are all different then, why would we even consider the idea that there must be one nutritional program that is best for everyone?

Ayurvedic nutrition is based on individual needs and there is no need to guess which foods and supplements are appropriate, for there is a definite path and protocol to guide assessment.
