-Two months at clinic practicing Marma therapy massage in Kerala

-Fifteen days to discover meditation and yoga at ashram and association named Yoga consciousness trust of the DR. Raparti Rama Rao, in Visakhapatnam

-One months at Sibbhi clinic in Himalaya, Dharamsala, diploma on Agastya and Marma therapy massage

-Four months massage practice in my own consulting room in the Himalaya in Naddi Village.

-Eight months as a therapist At Nosen yoga retreat Norway.

-One months training panchakarma therapy course at PVA clinic Dr Poilan in Kannur, Kerala, India.
